We are having insane weather today, woke up to crazy wind and rain, then it was blue skies and sunny so I thought a cute dress would do it, now we are back to the wind and rain. oh well. I like this outfit as it's kinda unexpected, most people combine black and white spots with red and the dress originally came with a red belt. But I thought it would be fun to go against that and use green instead. Love the little puff sleeves of the top underneath. Had to shorten the dress a lot but pleased with the results!
