Love this look - and the photo set up. What camera or iphone app do you use to take shots in this way (with the detail sidebar)?

It's the Instagram app + Frametastic app. First I make a shot using Instagram, then upload it via Frametastic where you may choose different frame layouts and that's it =) Really simple, try it -
