Journey here was a nightmare as in nightmare, bad dream not as in Knightmare the role playing game from CITV! Stayed at the Hilton Gatwick, WooooOhhhhh! Not WoooooOhhhhh! Had to get two adjoining rooms so I slept with my daughter and Mrs @afroboudoir slept with my son! Her bed creaked and squeaked like a old rusty... umm... mouse! (jetlag!). My room wasn't completely made up. I only had 1 1/2 towels (Diiiiiiiiiiiiva!) The bins were up on the bathroom sink too which I was most disturbed about as I don't think they were like that when i came in. I'm just saying! Something freaky was going down in Room 2111!!! And I don't mean freaky in a Jodeci way!
To top it all off I heard screams from Mrs @afroboudoir at around 0430! I sprang to the rescue in a cat like fashion at around 0445 having convinced myself I was dreaming. I walked into a virtual war zone. The combatants: my son Vs Wotsits! The verdict Wotsits had won! As I surveyed the bed full of regurgitated tortilla chips, and not the good firm type, the cheap no-English-on-the-packet type, as I contemplated the next 16 hours of my life, most of which being spent in a confined space with a sick toddler it was then I made the face that would shift any number of brands of contraceptives. Durex, Trojan, Mates - You name them people would be buying them. One look at my face. Sold.

It actually turned out to be a blessing in disguise! My poor son was exhausted and so slept for most of the 8 hour journey and we arrived in Saint Lucia refreshed, revived and relieved! He was peaceful, so were we. Its all good. I only managed to watch Wild Bill which was really good. I started to watch Marley, a documentary on Bob but I didn't get to finish it. What I saw was interesting though. The man was a legend!

One short transfer away with Stanis (www.exploreslu.com) (gotta love Caribbean Names - Tennison, Darrel, Lloyd, Lydon, Shirma - I could do this alllllll day!) and we were checking in to rum cocktails at Windjammer! The resort is gorgeous and the people are extremely friendly. I am working my charms on the older women chefs for a few extra plantains and special egg white omelettes. I can feel the weight starting to pile on already. The virgin strawberry daiquiris are amazing as are the Amaretto Sours!!!! All Inclusive is suddenly not looking like such a good idea!

Today's outfit features Reiss (as per usual), H&M and Flossy. I bought 4 pairs of these chino shorts, which actually come up rather big I discovered when running back to our villa.
The belt is from GAP, bought in the recent sale for a tenner. I got the shirt in the last Reiss sample sale for £15, which is what its worth to be honest! (Oh no he didn't! Gasp, Shock!)
The plimsolls are from flossy and are £20 in Office or Foot Asylum. Good buy!
