This weather is IMPOSSIBLE to dress for - it's hot and windy and rainy and blah! Eschews my dresses which are prone to blow right up in the wind and opted for this skirt which is very good at staying put.
Still LOVING my penguin case-mate, and (only just) resisting the urge to dress up as a penguin to match it ;)
